The Clinical Approach

A short guide to choosing your session length

When someone comes in with back tension, I don't start massaging immediately. I take the necessary time first to understand the history of the pain, your movement dynamics, and your physical routine. Then, I work deeply, zone by zone, precisely adjusting the pressure based on the tissue response beneath my hands.

A clinical rigor that has become rare.

Generally, 45 minutes is the ideal duration to target a specific area. Sometimes, 30 minutes is enough—and in that case, you only pay for 30 minutes. If the complexity of your profile requires more time, I will inform you before continuing. You stay in control.

I am not selling you a stopwatch. I am validating a therapeutic goal.

30 min — 65€
45 min — 85€
1h00 — 100€

Every session begins with an anamnesis phase—a few dedicated minutes to assess your situation: the origin of the tension, its daily mechanical impact, and your history.

The treatment then integrates different clinical approaches based on your physiological needs:

Deep tissue work Trigger point inhibition Myofascial release Gentle joint mobilisation

I will detail each clinical action if you wish to understand the process. If you prefer absolute nervous system decompression, silence is just as beneficial.

A single session provides immediate decompression. However, anchoring these corrections requires biological regularity to change the body's patterns of compensation.

The initial protocol typically relies on closely spaced appointments—every 7 to 10 days—before progressively spacing them out as your neuro-muscular system stabilizes.

“ 30 minutes of weekly follow-up outperforms an isolated monthly hour. ”

Unsure which format matches your current condition? Simply describe the nature of your tension. I will determine the corresponding clinical direction.
