How I Work
Session Length Adapts to Your Case
What Happens During a Session
Why Coming Back Regularly Matters
When someone comes in with back tension, I don't start working immediately. I take a few minutes first to understand — how it started, how you move, what kind of physical activity you do. Then I work in depth, zone by zone, adjusting as I go based on what I feel under my hands.
It sounds simple. It has become rare.
45 minutes is usually the right amount of time to work a specific zone properly. Sometimes 30 minutes is enough — in that case you pay for 30 minutes. If I need more time to finish the work correctly, I tell you before continuing. You decide.
I am not selling you time. I work until it is done properly.
We always start with a short conversation. A few minutes for me to understand your situation — not just where it hurts, but what happened before, how you have been managing, what you have already tried.
Then I work. Depending on your case, I use different techniques :
I will explain what I am doing if you want to know. If you would rather just switch off, that works too.
A single session can bring real relief. But for lasting results, the body needs time and consistency.
I generally recommend starting with sessions close together — once a week or every ten days — then spacing them out progressively as your body responds.
30 minutes a week is often more effective than an hour once a month.
Not sure which length to choose ? Just tell me what you are feeling and what you are looking for. I will point you toward what makes sense for your case.
