Certified acupuncture delivered to your home, hotel or yacht. Specialised in musculoskeletal pain, sports recovery, stress and sleep. Available 7 days a week.
Clinical acupuncture,
built around your assessment.
"The needle goes where the assessment leads - not where the protocol says."
I'm David, massage therapist and acupuncturist based in Monaco for over 17 years. My acupuncture training lasted 4 years and sits alongside a decade of clinical work combining manual therapy, osteopathic techniques and integrative medicine.
My approach is diagnostic first. Every session starts with a precise assessment of your condition - posture, range of motion, pain pattern, history. The needles follow the findings, not a template. The result is faster, more specific, and more lasting than a standard session.
Each session includes 30 minutes of targeted massage to prepare the tissue and deepen the therapeutic effect, at no additional cost.
Where acupuncture
delivers results.
Musculoskeletal Pain
Back pain, neck tension, joint pain, tendinitis, sciatica. Targeted needling to reduce inflammation, release muscular tension and restore range of motion.
Sports Recovery
Post-competition recovery, injury prevention and performance preparation. Used by professional athletes across cycling, triathlon, basketball and martial arts.
Stress & Sleep
Nervous system regulation, chronic stress, anxiety and sleep disorders. Acupuncture acts on the autonomic nervous system to lower cortisol and restore restorative sleep cycles.
What to expect
from your first visit.
Every session is conducted at your location - residence, hotel suite or yacht. No clinic, no waiting room, no unfamiliar environment. The space you are in is part of the therapeutic context.
Assessment
We begin with a precise evaluation of your condition, history and goals. This drives everything that follows.
Acupuncture
Precise needle placement based on your assessment. Needles are retained for 20 to 30 minutes while you rest fully.
Massage
30 minutes of targeted massage to complement the needlework, release residual tension and deepen the therapeutic effect.
A session that
changed race day.
"I came in with chronic tension I had carried for months. One session was enough to understand what acupuncture can really do - and how different it is in the right hands."
Laura came for a single acupuncture session during her Ironman preparation. The session addressed chronic muscular tension and nervous system overload accumulated through months of training. She describes the effect on her recovery and race performance in detail.
I come to your location with everything needed for a complete session. No clinic, no commute, no shared space. Your session takes place in total privacy, in an environment you control.
Booking by WhatsApp preferred, on 06.82.42.58.05. Open every day, 11am to 8pm.
