My Approach: Concentrated Technique for Real Results
I practice what I call "concentrated technique"-focusing intensely on specific areas that need work rather than what I call "massage dancing" (moving around the body without targeting root problems).
As a massage sport therapist, I listen to what you tell me, assess what I observe, and concentrate my work where it matters most. If you're a cyclist with lower back issues, we focus there. Tennis player with shoulder problems? That's where I work.
This targeted approach, combined with my international training and anatomical knowledge, delivers results faster than generic massage routines.
