I have worked with hundreds of professional and well-known athletes, mainly in football, tennis, cycling and triathlon, in Nice and in Monaco.

And also with amateurs and enthusiasts who know that you have to take care of your body, and use disciplines such as massage and manual therapies, for prevention and to be able to perform.

You need someone who not only has experience but also has solid training and knows anatomy.

Someone who can take care of you according to the sport you practise: the legs and lower back if you are a cyclist or a footballer, the shoulders, trapezius and forearms for tennis players, the calves, hamstrings and quadriceps for runners…

I learned all over the world

I attended several schools in France and also abroad, in Thailand, Africa and South America. I developed my style over time, and I specialised in the back.

I know anatomy

I have a scientific approach to massage. I studied anatomy and took many private lessons with osteopaths to fully understand joint mechanics and how the body works, which is essential for practising sports massage.

I studied acupuncture

To complete my scientific approach to anatomy, I attended several acupuncture schools to gain another perspective and other tools. That makes a total of 5 years of study in the field.

Local Recognition

I have worked in renowned places on the French Riviera and in Monaco.

At the spa of the Hôtel Métropole in Monaco, where I was a senior therapist and where I received an award (outstanding LQA) for the quality of my massages.

As well as many other luxury establishments from Cannes to Monaco, such as the Four Seasons Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat.

International Recognition

I was a member of a study group on integrative medicine organised by the Brazilian Ministry of Health.

The country where I learned apitherapy, care using bees and hive products, an alternative medicine recognised by the state in Brazil.

I do not practise it in France.
